Case Management

Our dedicated case manager will help with scheduling treatment/doctor's/therapist's appointments, utilizing community resources, resume building, job searching, making sure prescriptions are being filled on time, finding support groups, building a support network, applying for school, and more. We will help you to fully realize your strengths and help you adjust to a new, healthier lifestyle.

At Our Place, we believe in unlocking the creative within each and every one of us. Everyone is encouraged to express creativity and originality, whether you’re a skilled artist or a beginner who has never painted a day in their life. We welcome you to find solitude in art.
